In order to achieve our capabilities in Engineering our qualified Engineers work with two affiliate resources, AutoCAD Inventor and GibbsCAM 3D Modules. This technology allows our Engineers to directly communicate with our CNC manufacturing equipment using customer supplied drawings and models, while sticking to the appropriate technical requirements. Additionally, it also allows them to assist customers in the design process, allowing them to achieve their desired product. This software possess many benefits as it minimizes job set up times, improves part quality and consistency, reduces manufacturing cycle times and lowers our scrap rate. These benefits allow us to provide competitive prices, quality service and faster lead times to our customers.
Our quality policy is:
We at Bristol Machine Works Limited believe in providing our customers with advanced machining and fabrication services by applying continuous improvements through an integrated quality system.
We have been ISO 9001 certified since 1999 and follow the processes that place the customer at the core and continuous improvement in the fore. Three management review meetings and internal audits occur yearly, while third-party annual audits are performed through our ISO certification body SAI Global. We act on recommendations from both internal and external audits, including those of our customers. Vendor audits are also performed to ensure Bristol receives the best possible products/material.
