Capabilities

Technical Support

In order to achieve our capabilities in Technical Support, we work with two affiliate resources, AutoCAD Inventor and GibbsCAM 3D Modules. This technology allows technical support staff to directly communicate with our CNC manufacturing equipment using customer supplied drawings and models, while sticking to the appropriate technical requirements. Additionally, it also allows them to assist customers in the design process, allowing them to achieve their desired product. This software possess many benefits as it minimizes job set up times, improves part quality and consistency, reduces manufacturing cycle times and lowers our scrap rate. These benefits allow us to provide competitive prices, quality service and faster lead times to our customers.
